Affirmative Action in a Government level

Affirmative Action is one of the main focal points in public debate, federal courts reviewed a minority admission program in the state universities of Texas, Georgia, Michigan, Washington questioning the constitutional status of ethnic differences in public education. The courts ruled the minority of public private employment violating constitutional rights. So federally affirmative action is pretty big, the government try's to prevent discrimination and reverse discrimination as much as they can. In Colorado from 1973 to 82 the number of blacks in professional, technical, managerial, and administrative professions increased 57% while whites increased 36%. At a state level affirmative action protects the rights of all the people so they can get jobs and live like normal people. Locally I see all sorts of ethnic groups around eagle so it looks like affirmative action is working pretty good.
