Affirmative Action looking at individual rights

Affirmative action programs are kept in tact by a multiple sets of laws and titles such as the 14th Amendment in the constitution prohibits discrimination based on race or sex. Another example is Title 6 of the Civil Rights act of 1964 prohibits any discrimination receiving government funds. Mainly I don't see how people can be discriminating cause of the color of your skin it's just weird.

Reliability- 4 Bias- 2

  1. Nice post....I agree that it is hard to understand decisions made in the past at times.
